Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.
• Handle inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Perform basic order entry, expediting, returns processing and dispute resolution.
• Meet individual phone performance guidelines to support department service levels.
• Support continuous improvement projects and assist with reporting.
