Duties include communicating with customers and sales reps by phone or email, processing orders in the ERP system, and supporting the Sales Support Manager across sales activities.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Support and Sales for timely order responses.
• Perform data entry and order processing.
• Maintain communication with customers and sales representatives by email or phone.
• Assist Manager with ordering office supplies for HQ and North office.
• Support Territory Managers to achieve sales goals.
