Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Sales Support Associate for a fast-growing company located in San Clemente.

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions, concerns, and order fulfillment. Responsible for supporting all customers in a professional manner. The duties include communicating with customers, sales representatives over the phone or via email. Processing orders utilizing the inventory management system. Assist Sales Support Manager with all areas of sales and clinical studies.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime

Pay: $25-$30/Hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Responsibility:

• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls
• Act as a liaison between Sales Support and Sales ensure timely responses to orders, order status, and product returns

Requirements:

• Able to understand company policies and procedures
• Moderate knowledge of the company's products and customers
