Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist our Sales team across the United States. You will help determine the best products and solutions, prepare timely quotations, and ensure accurate sales orders to support a high level of customer service.

You will coordinate deliveries, respond to inquiries, and use CRM systems and the phone system to deliver personalized service. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour, with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and build relationships with customers.
• Strong responsiveness to customer needs in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities
