Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives and customers. The CSR will assist and resolve customer needs quickly and accurately, handling calls, order processing, credits, and document requests.

The role emphasizes strong telephone communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior call center experience is preferred and employment is contingent on authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support.
• Preferred: Call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer concerns and needs.
• Process will-call orders and credits.
• Handle transportation/routing questions.
• Provide invoice copies to customers.
• Maintain call lists and monitor orders.
• Communicate with Account Executives and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for OPCO.
• Perform duties as directed by Supervisor.
