• Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus.
• Positive work ethic for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with email, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of purchase orders and warehousing principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests across multiple channels.
• Handle high volume interactions by processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.
• Assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting with internal teams.
• Resolve complaints by investigating problems and escalating when necessary per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Record customer interactions accurately and respond promptly with updates.
• Promote sales and stocking capacity for customers and expedite samples as needed.
• Interact respectfully with other departments and verify purchase orders.
