Job summary

Master Electronics is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Redmond, WA to help our Sales and Product teams keep customers happy and business moving. You will build relationships, monitor orders, and coordinate across suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will balance inventory, forecasts, and customer expectations while maintaining accurate data and delivering timely updates.

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support order outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep systems and processes running smoothly.
Monitor forecasts and order activity to decide on PO releases, rescheduling, expediting, or cancellations.
Balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs with good judgment.
Track Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations for availability and accuracy.
Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly to customers and partners.
Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to keep orders moving.
