Job summary

Master Electronics is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Redmond, WA to help our Sales and Product teams keep customers happy and business moving. You will build relationships, monitor orders, and coordinate across suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will balance inventory, forecasts, and customer expectations while maintaining accurate data and delivering timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support order outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep systems and processes running smoothly.
• Monitor forecasts and order activity to decide on PO releases, rescheduling, expediting, or cancellations.
• Balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs with good judgment.
• Track Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations for availability and accuracy.
• Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly to customers and partners.
• Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to keep orders moving.

One moment you may be checking on an order, and the next you’re reviewing inventory, updating forecasts, or helping track down an answer for a customer. If you love staying organized, jumping in to help, and being the person who keeps all the moving pieces connected, you’ll fit right in

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hourly

Location: Redmond, Washington

What you will do?

• Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support successful order outcomes

• Maintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep internal systems and business processes running smoothly

• Monitor customer forecasts and order activity to identify when purchase orders should be released, rescheduled, expedited, or canceled

• Use attention to detail and sound judgment to help balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs

• Track and manage Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations to ensure products are accurately accounted for and available when needed

• Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly so customers and internal partners can make informed decisions

• Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to help keep orders moving and deliver a reliable customer experience
