Job summary

IMPACT SOLUTIONS is seeking a diligent Sales Assistant to support our Account Representatives with daily order coordination. You will handle order processing, client communications, and vendor interactions to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in sales support, admin, or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support Account Representatives by managing client orders.
• Request and process vendor pricing and quotations.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders in internal systems.
• Verify order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Coordinate artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedules.
• Track orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as needed.
• Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed.
