Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd on Pioneer Crescent seeks a Sales Coordinator to respond promptly to sales enquiries via telephone, fax and email, and to prepare product brochures for customers. The role is with a well established company and includes training provided.

You will handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations, orders and payments, process sales orders and invoices, coordinate shipping for overseas shipments and local deliveries, and support the sales team in day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level with 1 year in sales coordination or sales support.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.
• Experience with AutoCount is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries via telephone, fax and email.
• Handle quotations, orders and payments, and prepare invoices.
• Process orders and coordinate shipping for overseas and local deliveries.
• Provide admin and operational support to the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints and provide after‑sales support.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
