MP Biomedicals Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support sales activities, customer service operations, lead management and CRM administration, driving growth and operational efficiency.

In this role you will manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, inside sales or a related function, preferably within Life Science, Diagnostics, Biomedical or Healthcare industry
• Good understanding of scientific products and the ability to communicate product information effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented, proactive and meticulous, with strong follow-up skills
• Commercial awareness and an interest in sales development and customer engagement
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, qualify and follow up on sales enquiries and leads generated through channels
• Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and opportunities
• Prepare quotations and provide product-related information within the scope of assigned responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system (M3)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales leads, opportunities and related activities in the Company's CRM system
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Resolve customer enquiries, order discrepancies and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Company's Life Science and Diagnostic product portfolio
• Prepare and maintain reports relating to sales leads, quotations, customer enquiries, order status and CRM activities
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales operations, customer service and CRM processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
