Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers as requested.
• Enter new purchase orders and process non-stock items.
• Communicate with customers and vendors in English.
• Maintain reports and backlogs as required.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Greet and screen calls professionally.
• Operate computer systems and maintain a clean office.
