Wil-Ro, Inc. in Gallatin, Tennessee, is seeking aSales Operations Coordinator to provide essential support for the Sales Team.

This on-site role focuses on coordinating quotes, orders, and communications across departments to ensure accurate information flows from quote to order. You will work closely with National and Strategic Accounts, maintain customer records, and help produce timely customer documentation and production visibility.

Qualifications

• Provide organizational and administrative support for National and Strategic Accounts and the Sales Team.
• Create and prepare customer quotes on behalf of the Sales Team with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, account records, and sales information.
• Attend customer meetings to document discussions and capture next steps.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication regarding customer needs and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support quote creation, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Track orders and production status to keep customers informed.
• Maintain Salesforce and other systems with current customer data.
• Support Sales with account organization and meeting preparation.
• Assist with production board organization for visibility of orders.
