Responsibilities

• Assist account manager/sales team to meet performance targets and provide efficient service.
• Support inquiries, orders, issues, shipments, tracking, reports, and follow-up.
• Coordinate across manufacturing and management to resolve issues timely.
• Interface with customers as the main contact and maintain accurate data.
• Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as requested.
• Support sales administrative functions and improve processes as needed.
