Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in business operations, sales operations, customer service operations, order management, or a related function.
• Experience leading or supervising an operations, order-management, or customer-service team.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing sales orders in SAP.
• Experience working with Finance on invoicing, billing, revenue, and payment activities.
• Experience supporting a sales organization in a technical service, field service, manufacturing, or project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, processing, maintenance, and closure of service sales orders in SAP.
• Review customer purchase orders, quotations, contracts, and scopes of work for accurate entry.
• Confirm pricing, quantities, service part numbers, billing terms, cost centers, and customer data.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of service materials and part numbers in SAP.
• Monitor open sales orders and ensure updates and closures are completed promptly.
• Resolve SAP order-processing issues by coordinating with Sales, Finance, Ops, and internal teams.
• Maintain complete documentation supporting each transaction.
• Work with Finance to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on schedule.
• Track pending invoices, billing holds, rejected invoices, and past-due payments.
• Coordinate resolution of pricing, PO, documentation, tax, and billing discrepancies.
• Support milestone, progress, recurring, time-and-material, and project invoicing.
• Assist with revenue tracking, backlog reporting, forecasting, and month-end activities.
