Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a proactive Sales Operations/Account Support professional to assist the account manager and sales team in delivering efficient service. You will handle inquiries, orders, shipments, tracking, and reporting while coordinating with manufacturing and management to resolve issues promptly.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service
• Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, ship-ment, tracking, reports, and general follow up
• Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required
• Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as re-quest
• Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with effi-ciency
• Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as request
• Support sales administrative related functions

Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed

Minium Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up re-quests
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders
• A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks
• Preferred operation experience on distribution business

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP
• Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred
• Previous experience supporting sales management preferred and Bachelor degree preferred
