Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence in a fast-paced ODM/OEM environment. You will own end-to-end sales operations for strategic accounts, ensuring accurate order execution, reliable reporting, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This role demands strong analytical skills, ERP/SAP proficiency, and superb stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or related function.
• Experience in ODM/OEM, electronics manufacturing, or tech environment preferred.
• Understanding end-to-end sales operations and order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Align forecasts, supply plans, shipments, and billing across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Own and maintain data accuracy across CRM and SAP.
• Use advanced Excel to analyze data, generate insights, and support decisions.
• Prepare and present sales and operational performance reports for leadership.
• Support pricing, quotations, and business case development with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to streamline workflows.
• Support QBRs and customer reporting.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues professionally.
• Provide backup support across accounts and teams.
