Job summary

Pasona Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of a Japan-based manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Support specialist for Inside Sales & Operations in Erlanger, KY. This role focuses on customer service, order processing, and logistics coordination to support a growing client base.

You will liaise with customers, distributors, U.S. offices, and the Japan headquarters to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, respond to inquiries about RFQs, pricing, and delivery schedules, and assist with shipping issues.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:40 PM

This newly created position supports inside sales and operations through customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative support. The role works closely with customers, distributors, U.S. offices, and the Japan headquarters to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
