Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and RMAs using an ERP system.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers.
• Support Account Managers with customer needs, pricing, and sales activities.
• Track sales forecasts, open orders, backlog, and key account data.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams regarding production and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate shipments to meet customer deadlines.
• Assist with order entry, invoicing, customer inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management.

Location: Fremont, CA

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: $26.00–$31.00/hour DOE

Work Style: Onsite training for the first 3 months, with remote work available afterward

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
