Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative in Eureka, MO to support the sales operations team with order entry, customer service, quotes, and sales order processing. This onsite, direct-hire role expects strong communication and multi-tasking across phone and email channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inside sales support or related roles, a High School diploma or GED, and proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and basic math.

Qualifications

• > 1–3 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience.
• > Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• > Problem resolution, basic math and intermediate computer skills.
• > Experience working in ERP, Inventory tracking systems or other related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email.
• Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers.
• Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries.
• Communicate invoice and shipping details to customers.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing and/or shipments.
• Navigate software and use Google docs.

Position Overview:

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email
• Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers
• Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries
