You will liaise with customers, distributors, U.S. offices, and the Japan headquarters to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, respond to inquiries about RFQs, pricing, and delivery schedules, and assist with shipping issues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries regarding RFQs, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order status and deliveries with Japan headquarters and multiple U.S. offices.
• Assist distributors with urgent requests, shipping issues, and other customer service needs.
