Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an organized Inside Sales / Sales Support professional to back daily sales operations and customer service.

This role collaborates with customers, suppliers, sales reps, warehouses and logistics partners; training period is on-site for first 3 months, then hybrid 2 days per week. Entry to mid-level experience is acceptable; strong English communication and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are essential.

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Work Style: Hybrid 2days/week (On-site for the first 3 months training period)

Work Hours: M- F 8:30-17:00

Salary Range: $55,000-60,000/year

This position works closely with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, warehouses, and logistics partners. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
