Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales support experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of major shows, vendor fairs, and events.
• Request and confirm participation of scheduled events by clients.
• Coordinate product allowances, POS, and coupons.
• Arrange samples and equipment, confirm theme and budget.
• Coordinate food show costs for submission to finance.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides.
• Process distributor marketing requests and obtain approvals.
• Maintain company calendars and item forms.
• Support sales with flyers and marketing administration.
• Plan distributor meetings and assist leads and local BDMs.
• Schedule meeting rooms and vehicles.
• Assist shipping/receiving and inventory checks.
• Maintain and count physical inventory.
• Ensure warehouse accessible and safe.
• Assemble orders and label materials.
• Open crates and hardware.
• Complete deliveries and pickups.
• Report damaged goods.
• Other requests as needed.
