Job summary

Acosta Group’s CORE Foodservice unit is seeking a detail-focused team member to assist with the coordination of major shows, vendor fairs, and related logistics across warehouse and field operations.

You will support sampling, POS materials, coupons, scheduling, inventory, and shipping, while maintaining calendars and ensuring safety. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales support, preferably warehouse/logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive, can-do attitude focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major shows and vendor fairs, confirm participation and manage logistics.
• Coordinate product allowances, POS and coupons.
• Arrange samples and equipment; confirm theme support and budget.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides and process distributor marketing requests.
• Maintain calendars and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and ensure safety and accessibility.
• Prepare and ship orders; label, stage, and track inventory.
• Handle deliveries and pickups; ensure proper handling and reporting of issues.
• Support sales with marketing materials and distributor meetings.
• All other requests as needed.
