Job summary

CORE Foodservice, part of the Acosta Group, is seeking a part-time team member in Memphis to assist with events, vendor fairs, and warehouse-related duties. You will coordinate samples, manage inventories, and support sales with marketing materials and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to work weekends as needed to support the team. A valid license and physical ability to lift are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales support, preferably in warehouse or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; accurate work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer apps.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects; health and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating major shows, vendor fairs, and events.
• Confirm participation and coordinate products, samples, and equipment.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides and marketing materials.
• Process distributor marketing requests and obtain approvals.
• Maintain company calendars and assist in scheduling meetings and deliveries.
• Support sales with flyers, marketing administration, and event planning.
• Assist shipping, receiving, and sample order logistics; stock and inventory control.
• Ensure safe warehouse access for sales staff and customers.
