Responsibilities

• Prepare sales kits for sales team
• Create banquet room door signs for groups and maintain lobby reader board with group functions
• Sort and distribute mail for the hotel
• Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
• Develop customized event orders including budgets, timelines, and layouts
• Coordinate with catering, audio-visual, and housekeeping for seamless events
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and special requests
• Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure accurate communication
• Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces per client specs
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges during events
• Assist group guests as housing and billing contact from pre-arrival through departure
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail
• Identify guest reservation needs and verify room availability and rates
• Explain policies and document special requests; set up billing accounts per policies
• May perform additional duties as required
