Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an in-store Associate in Memphis to conduct product demonstrations and engage customers, presenting features and benefits with a professional appearance. The role focuses on handling samples, maintaining a clean workstation, and supporting client events with accurate reporting.

The position is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) with potential for travel and store coordination. Strong communication, basic PC skills, and the ability to manage materials are essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access internet and internal systems including Word & PDF forms.
