Job summary

Hartfiel Automation, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist the Sales department and interact with the CEO, VP of Sales & Marketing, and sales teams.

You will champion the CRM, prepare executive reports, and coordinate complex travel arrangements for leadership and staff. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion in handling confidential information, with a four-year degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, creative, and personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, VP of Sales & Marketing, Leadership, Sales, and Support Teams while coordinating a wide range of communications.
• Champion the CRM system: managing data, running reports, and training individuals in the capabilities of the system.
• Collect and organize data for executive reports, e.g., product-specific sales or gross margin reports.
• Coordinate and manage domestic/international travel for CEO, Leadership, employees, candidates, vendors, and customers.
• Prepare monthly expense reports for Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage confidential administrative projects with discretion and independent judgment.
• Prepare sales and funnel reports using databases and train new sales employees.
• Collaborate with Technology Managers, Credit, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineers to move sales initiatives forward.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Compose confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
• Operate within Hartfiel Automation’s mission, values, and vision statements.
