Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases with accuracy and consistency.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to streamline workflows.

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to lead generation efforts through market research and data analysis.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new sales team members.
