You should have 1–3 years in sales support or related roles, be proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Golf familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases with accuracy and consistency.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to streamline workflows.
• Track and report on sales metrics, budgets, and commissions.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to lead generation efforts through market research and data analysis.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new sales team members.
