Job summary

Standard Imaging Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to back the sales team. You will own order processing, CRM administration, and reporting, while supporting lead generation and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales administrative tasks, including quote preparation and order processing.
• Confirm purchase orders, verify quote/order accuracy, and track logistics for fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and shipment tracking.
• Lead trainer for CRM and sales systems administration, including opportunities, contacts, and quoting.
• Prepare and support sales reporting for boards, forecasts, and regional performance.
• Advise on OEM-related ordering, backlog, and reporting; manage demo inventory and events.
