Job summary

Revalize, a leading provider of CPQ, PLM, and design solutions for manufacturers, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help keep pipeline data accurate in Salesforce, prepare quotes and contracts, and coordinate with Finance and Legal.

Based in the United States, you will support inbound lead routing, build reports for sales leadership, and leverage Salesforce and Microsoft 365 to stay organized. Eligible for PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 1–2 years of sales support experience preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce and Microsoft 365 skills with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Keep pipeline data accurate in Salesforce and manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes, order forms, and contract administration while coordinating with Finance and Legal.
• Support inbound lead routing and build reports for sales leadership.
