Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales administrative tasks including quote preparation and order processing.
• Lead trainer for CRM and sales system administration, maintaining records and price matrices.
• Prepare and support sales reporting for boards, forecasts, and international distributor performance.
• Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities and route to account managers.
• Administer OEM ordering, backlog, and reporting; manage demo equipment inventory and logistics.
• Coordinate trade shows and events with Marketing, including major industry conferences.
