Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Advocate for the customer and model how to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving and customer-focused resolutions.
• Promote the Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experiences.
• Coordinate with People Leaders to plan and monitor store activities.
• Provide continuous feedback to leaders to improve customer experience and processes.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and settle registers.
• Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and applications.
