Job summary

FlexTG in Mesa, AZ seeks a driven pre-sales and business development professional to partner with the Sales team. Based in our Mesa office, you will assist account executives with analyses of customer locations, data entry, and the creation of strategic proposals to win nationwide opportunities.

You will conduct financial analyses, prepare presentations, manage pricing requests, contracts, and SLAs, and coordinate with internal teams on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and independence.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with Sales teams and pricing requests.
• Pre-employment drug and background screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives with on-site and virtual account analysis of customer locations.
• Enter data and complete debriefs after analyses.
• Create toner inventories and conduct security assessments.
• Perform financial analyses and prepare summaries.
• Analyze data, request information, and prepare presentations.
• Develop strategies and proposals for the Sales Team.
• Complete contracts and deal paperwork.
• Collaborate with customer contacts and internal resources on pricing, contracts, SLAs, and escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of ezMPS Database and Dynamics, EDA, and Zoom Search projects.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and support research projects and prospect lists.
• Support nationwide pre-sales needs and travel as required.
