Phoenix Manufacturing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities and move deals through the pipeline. Qualifications

Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
Curious and able to qualify opportunities.
Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in inside sales or sales support preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting by phone and email to identify new customers and opportunities.
Research companies and projects to identify Phoenix opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and create qualified opportunities for Sales Representatives.
Schedule meetings and coordinate introductions between prospects and Sales Representatives.
Support order processing, follow-up and sales documentation.
Maintain accurate CRM data and generate sales reports.
Coordinate with other departments to support customer needs.
Prepare materials for sales meetings and trade shows.
