Job summary

FlexTG is seeking a Sales Support/Business Development specialist to partner with the Sales team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will assist in business development, customer financials, and support all Sales Team needs, working closely with customers and internal resources. The role requires effective communication, strong time management, and a proactive work style.

The position involves post-sales support across the region, occasional travel (approx. 10%), and adherence to FlexTG policies.

Qualifications

Excellent customer relation skills
Background in customer service
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong self-motivator
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Independent and hard working
Strong time management & organization skills
Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by Flex TG LLC
Intermediate computer knowledge MS Office ("Microsoft Word", "Excel", "PowerPoint", "Outlook")
Experience with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

Timely follow up and Responses to Requests and Escalations
Coordinates billing requests, contracts, and escalations with customers and internal resources
Prepares reports and documentation for the Sales Team
Responsible for region-wide post-sales needs
Travel required up to 10%
Supports all other team member tasks and other duties as assigned
