Job summary

FlexTG, based in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support external clients through software installation and onboarding for intermediate to complex deployments. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the Mesa HQ and 2 days remote.

You will collaborate with technical teams, update dashboards, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and ensure project scopes are met from kickoff to closeout. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in order processing, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail;

Qualifications

• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in order processing.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project scope alignment.
• Provide project status updates to the project manager.
• Monitor project plans for timely delivery of products and services.
• Update project dashboards using project management software.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and equipment orders.
• Audit deliverables and ensure full scope completion before closeout.
