Job summary

FlexiVan is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering – Telematics Operations in Scottsdale, AZ. You will analyze, support, and improve the GPS/telematics ecosystem, owning workstreams and ensuring data integrity across AIM360 and vendor platforms.

You will collaborate with Field Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deploy and test devices, support pilots, and drive performance improvements in fleet visibility and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of telematics, GPS/fleet tech, logistics or intermodal operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs, projects, or workstreams independently and driving issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze device and system performance; troubleshoot hardware/vendor issues and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on installation, activation, warranties, and lifecycle management.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports; perform root-cause analysis and implement process improvements.
