Job summary

Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd (ATL) is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator/Administrator to join a busy Sales team. You will be the key liaison between ATL and major customers, handling pricing, schedules, quality requirements and project pipelines, while developing strong customer relationships.

You will manage quotations, respond to inquiries promptly, forecast sales with customers, and align internal expectations on cost and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales account or executive role.
• Hands on experience in Sales and an ability to deliver.
• An interest in a key market is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term partnerships with strategically important customers.
• Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs.
• Respond to customers queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Align customer and internal expectations with regards to cost and delivery as required.
• Complete quotations, estimates and price reviews as required to ensure margins are maintained and project scope is monitored and managed.
• Regular and clear communication with your line manager to update them on current status of accounts, escalating concerns as required.
• Monitoring Sales metrics, reporting on customer account performance regularly.
• Ongoing sales forecasting through proactive discussions with each customer.
• Suggest methods to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Co-ordinate all elements of customer relations with internal ATL departments.
• Attend networking events & exhibitions to present the business in existing and new markets.
• Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy.
• Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives.
