Job summary

Standard Aero is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Mobile Service Team. You will act as the liaison among operations, engineering, materials, sales and customers to manage transactions, improve customer experience, and support service delivery across the aviation portfolio.

You will coordinate schedules, prepare quotes and invoices, maintain CRM data, and ensure contracts are executed in line with terms.

Qualifications

• Communicates effectively with customers (internal and external) using written, verbal and listening skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between operations, engineering, materials, sales and customers for product transactions and services.
• Provides solutions to maximize customer experience and align with business unit financials.
• Leads and mentors team members to meet transaction timelines and improve processes.
• Maintains CRM/SFDC data and prepares reports, quotes, and invoices as required.
• Reviews contracts/transactions to ensure adherence to terms and coordinates work with service engineers, logistics and materials.
• Supports event planning, scheduling, and allocation of manpower to mobile service team activities.
• Explains pricing, estimate changes and communicates cost-benefit of repair developments to customers.
• Backs up Mobile Service Team Manager and coordinates services to meet customer needs.
