ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive, Sales Support to join our Sales & Marketing team. This full-time role is based at the Airport Road East Region office and focuses on supporting the sales function, coordinating CRM-driven activities, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer interactions.

You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to implement sales initiatives, manage documentation, and maintain robust customer records.

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive, Sales Support to join our Sales & Marketing team. This full-time position will be based at our office located in the Airport Road East Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including order processing, document preparation, and general communication with customers
• Assist with the coordination and organisation of sales activities, such as meetings, presentations, and events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the Sales industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of the Sales Coordinators sub-industry is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
• Occasional overseas travel required
