Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create remarkable customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead on the sales floor, participate in process improvements, and contribute to special projects while sharing Warby Parker’s mission and values with every guest. The role requires management experience, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solver.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice.

• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
