Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position or higher within a consumer-facing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improving in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor selling and front-of-house operations in the absence of a manager.
• Open and close the store and oversee daily retail activities.
• Provide knowledgeable, honest style advice and Warby Parker storytelling to customers.
• Identify and implement innovative, customer-first improvements to the glass shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive, energetic store culture.
• Conduct team touch-bases and ensure efficient store performance.
