Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across its retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

The role combines on-floor leadership with involvement in process improvements and special projects, all while sharing Warby Parker's story and mission. You’ll lead the selling on the floor, oversee front-of-house operations when a manager is not present, and help foster an inclusive culture.
