Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver nothing-short-of-amazing customer experiences. You will lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while sharing our story and mission with customers.

With 6+ months in a management role and retail experience, you’ll bring exceptional interpersonal skills, stay cool under pressure, and foster an inclusive, respectful culture.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment with at least 6 months in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delivering top-notch service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Share Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.
• Contribute to process ideation and special projects.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful culture for customers and teammates.
• Provide thoughtful, honest style advice with deep product knowledge.
