Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. You will lead on the sales floor, mentor teammates, and partner with store leadership on initiatives and special projects.

You bring retail experience with a stint in management, superb interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll foster an inclusive, energetic environment and guide teammates to deliver thoughtful, honest fashion advice.

Qualifications

• Requires retail experience at a customer-focused company.
