Job summary

Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. Across all of our retail locations in the U.S.

and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, not only will you share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, but you'll also take part in process ideation and improvement, as well as a slew of special projects.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager isn't present.
• Open and close the store and lead team touch-bases.
• Share Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.
• Contribute to process ideation and improvement and participate in special projects.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and thoughtful, honest style advice.
• Drive an upbeat, entrepreneurial store culture.
