Lowe's in Missouri is seeking a Sales Specialist who will be one of the first people customers meet, helping them find products and turn project ideas into reality. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll become the product expert, discuss needs, explain features, promotions, and financing options, and help close sales while delivering outstanding customer service across departments such as Appliances, Flooring, or Tool Rental.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors; manage estimates, installations, orders and follow-up.
• Train associates on sales floor and during development needs.
• Maintain pricing and documentation in line with policies.
