Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external experience if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and conveying Lowe's product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, managing estimates, scheduling visits, processing orders, and following up on project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to replace stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
